The NC NAACP and our allies have fought and won against illegally gerrymandered voting maps and unconstitutional voting restrictions that the 4th District Federal Court found targeted African American voters “with surgical precision”. But that hasn’t stopped extremist in NC GA from finding yet one more way to block North Carolina voters’ access to the ballot.

They have resurrected the voter ID law born in the 2013 Monster Voter Suppression Law, and found unconstitutional by a federal court. This time, they have put ballot in the 2018 November as a constitutional amendment.

If they are at it again, so are we.
