Get ready for Saturday, February 10th, 2018 for the 12th Anniversary Moral March on Raleigh and Historic Thousands of Jones Street People’s Assembly!

This event is also known as the , which is the largest civil rights mobilization in the South since the Civil Rights Era.

The Jackson County Branch of the NAACP is organizing a bus to carry attendees from Jackson County and surrounding area to Shaw University where the rally will begin at 9:00 am in Raleigh, NC.

If you would like to come and join us you can buy a ticket here! We ask for a $50.00 donation for a two-way ticket to leave early in the morning and return on the same day as the rally. Scholarships are available for students and people in need!

We will meet in Sylva at 2:30 am on February 10th. This will be our gathering place:

The bus will leave at 3:00 am.  Travel time 4 hours and 30 minutes, Justice Center to Shaw University. You are encouraged to bring water and snacks for the trip and cell phones to keep in touch.
